Although only formed in 2009, three members of the band: John Grant, Alasdair MacKay and Joseph Togher have been playing together in various guises since 1996.
The roots of the band lie in the town of Kilmarnock, on the west coast of Scotland although their influences span all regions of Scotland, Ireland and beyond.
The bands distinct sound, of intertwining fiddle, guitar, bouzouki and octave fiddle has won aclaim over the past year and makes the band popular on the folk and traditional music circuit.
Togails first studio album is due for release Autumn 2010.
